Many sincerest appreciation for all of your support, guidance and friendship in 2006, please continue your support in the New Year of 2007. I look forward to seeing all of you well and practicing hard in the Dojo.

True Happiness is achieved thru the happiness of others. Our practice goes forward as all others go forward with us. Harmony and Peace are easy words to chat about and discuss over coffee but who knows what they really mean? We must discover their true meaning in our practice and verify our understanding by working towards the welfare of others.

Recently, a student approached me and confessed, "Aikido is the hardest thing I have ever done in my Life." I replied, "Yes, I thinks so too!"

Please try hard - as Dogen Zenji said, "our efforts are enlightenment itself."
