BUSY, BUSY SUMMER

As usual we have a busy summer coming so we need everyone's help and participation - Lotus Festival, Yonemochi Sensei Seminar, LA LOFTS Book Signing and Nisei Week.

We are also trying to get enough people to fix up the Altadena house so we can use it as a rental.

And - please keep up your training! Have a great summer!

Downtown Clean-up:

Do we have any volunteers for the Downtown Clean-up this Saturday from 10:00-1:00pm - water and lunch is provided. All volunteers receive a Dojo T-shirt for their efforts to wear during the clean-up. We do need some volunteers to represent the Dojo in the community. Please email or see Sensei. Thank you!

Dear Neighbors,

Just a reminder that Jan Perry and Council District 9

and LARABA & Arts District Neighborhood Watch will be

holding a neighborhood clean up this Saturday, June 3,

from 10:00 AM til 1:00 PM. I know it sounds early, but

you can do it. Water will be provided while we

beautify, and there will be a free lunch at the Arts

District / Little Tokyo Farmers Market. So please join

us in front of Bloom's General Store, 716 Traction

Avenue. Together we can do this.
